Shop Policies and FAQ
All items are priced in Canadian dollars.
I am located in Canada and ship to select locations worldwide. If your country is not listed and you wish to order, please message me via Instagram or Facebook (@ducklyandjuicy) to arrange for a shipping quote. Tracking is NOT always included for orders unless arranged in advance. To add tracking to your order, please contact me for a quote.
For Canadian customers wishing to buy more than 1 item, please contact me before you purchase for a more accurate shipping quote. I am limited in calculating my shipping costs within my shop settings, and I always aim to charge as close to actual cost as possible.
Shipping times can vary - it usually takes about 5 business days within Canada and approximately 2 weeks to the USA. Overseas shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks. Please note that when purchasing in November/December, there may be extra delays due to heavy volume around Black Friday/Christmas.
Please note that once a parcel leaves my hands at the Post Office, I can no longer be held responsible for it. I do NOT offer refunds if your parcel fails to arrive to you. If you are concerned about your parcel or need your item in a hurry, I highly suggest you purchase additional shipping/tracking. That being said, if you do not receive your parcel, please contact me and I will do my best to help you resolve the issue. Customs delays and hold ups are also out of my control. If you would like a visual confirmation that your order was shipped, please contact me.
In general, I do not ship to third party package receiving companies. If you choose to use such a service, please note that I will take no further responsibility for your parcel once it leaves my hands unless you purchase tracking. I reserve the right to cancel your order if you choose to use such a service without tracking.
PLEASE ensure your PayPal/shipping address is correct and up to date. I cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the custom, made to order nature of my items, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Errors on my part will be corrected. I value my customers - if you have an issue with your order, please contact me immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your items) and I will try my best to remedy the situation.
ITEM CARE
All products should be hand washed with mild, wool safe detergent (ie. Woolite) and always air dried laid flat. Many of the natural fibers I use will lose their shape or felt/shrink if machine laundered or dried. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for improperly cared for items.
